This application is the core of each Lightcast.com Account and service package and it requires the client's self-education through "learning by doing" and through the studying of the free tutorials and articles in the Support Center.
Alternatively, if time is of the essence or your team would like to avoid having to study online tutorials and Support Center articles, a 30-minute Lightcast.com Training Program can be ordered.
The 30-minute Training Session includes: an introductory walk-through of your Media Cloud, Channel Manager, Media Upload, Media Archive, Live Events Manager, Channel Assignments, Video Groups Function, setup of and publishing to Broadcast Outlets, optimization of your team's work-flow, accounting, invoices and Service Subscription Agreement and provides time for Q&A of your media team.
