The Tri-County Rams came about on a vision of helping young men grow, not only in a game they love but in their daily lives as welll. President and Founder Mario Berry has participated in Semi-Pro Football for a number of years and wants to see more come of it than fights and arguments. He evisioned better work ethic, discipline, and a place to be proud of for each member of the organization. He went and talked to the one person that he seen in Semi-Pro that wanted the same things because of his love for the game of football. Together they decided to start the Tri-County Rams. The vision would not work without having a strong Board of Directors to make decisions in the best interest of all persons within the organization, even Mario himself. He has surrounded himself with a 7 person panel, which makes up the board of directors and will continue to allow the organization to grow and prosper for years to come. Mario wants all players involved that want to grow and learn valuable skills through the game of football and maybe even show that they are talented enough to get paid to play a game they love. Making the most of the opportunity to play for a developmental football team, not a "Semi-Pro" Team. He wants every young man that reads this section and wants to be apart of the organization to know that one of the requirements of the organization is for each participant to complete fifty (50) hours of Community Service per season. This not only allows the organization to give back to the community but it also allows the players to gain respect for people who are in need.
